Complaints Policy
Wistow Parish Council is committed to providing high-quality services and acting in an open, accountable, and transparent manner. We recognise that, from time to time, concerns may arise about the services we provide or the way in which council business has been conducted.
Our Complaints Procedure explains how members of the public can raise concerns and how the Council will investigate and respond to complaints in a fair, consistent, and timely manner. We view complaints as an opportunity to learn, improve our services, and strengthen the way we serve our community.
The procedure outlines the types of complaints that can be considered by the Council, how to submit a complaint, and the steps involved in the review process. We are committed to treating all complaints seriously and handling them with courtesy, impartiality, and confidentiality where appropriate.
Details of the Council’s Complaints Procedure can be found below and downloaded for reference andĀ if you wish to submit a complaint, please click here to complete the form.
