As we approach the festive season, please note that waste and recycling collection days will change over the Christmas and New Year period.
We are pleased to announce the introduction of weekly food waste collections, launching in April 2026, as part of HDC's commitment to promote sustainable waste disposal.
If you would like to start composting HDC are continuing with their subsided home composters. Residents will pay £10 and the delivery costs directly to GetComposting.
During the Christmas and New Year period waste collection days will change which can be seen in the attached document.
The Parish Council will be reducing their limit of poo bags supplied free of charge to dog walkers in Wistow.
