New trees are coming to Wistow
Wistow Parish Council is pleased to announce that they were successful in their application for funding for new trees/hedgerow which will be planted in the playing field to help our mission of increasing bio-diversity.

The Woodland Trust will be donating the trees for the village in November 2026 and they will be planted in the playing field. Are you green fingered and enjoy the outdoors? If yes, we would welcome as many volunteers as possible to plant and protect these new saplings for future generations to benefit from the trees and to support our mission on increasing biodiversity in the village. Please look out for further details in the Autumn 2026.
