🧹 Wistow’s Annual Maintenance Day – Let’s Tidy Up Together! 🌿
Save the date and join us for our Annual Village Maintenance Day on Saturday 18th October 2025 – a great community event where we come together to give Wistow a seasonal spruce-up!

🧼 Sweeping
🌻 General tidying
✨ Cleaning street signs

All ages and abilities welcome – every helping hand makes a difference. The maintenance day will be split into 2 parts. The first part will involve key assets in the village that require sprucing up. They may need a lick of paint, a good scrub or a sweep. The second part will be in relation to streets, so grab your neighbours and a brew and make your street sparkle. Following harvest there will be plenty of straw, leaves, debris and weeds to bag up.Â
To register your interest, please can you email your name, street address and how many neighbours will be helping to parishclerk@wistowcambsparishcouncil.gov.uk. The streets that will be cleared up first will be those of the kind volunteers who have registered.
Following the maintenance day, the Parish Council has organised for light refreshments to take place at the Village Hall. This has been funded by a successful grant application from the Community Chest (Huntingdonshire).
The Parish Council will be suppling buckets, sponges, gloves, paint and bags but we kindly ask that those who have registered bring any spades/brooms to help.
