Community Notice – Tree Works in Churchyard
Wistow Parish Council would like to inform residents that following a routine tree inspection audit on all trees under its care, two trees in the churchyard, an Ash and an Elder tree, have been identified as posing a safety risk.

As a result, they will unfortunately need to be removed to protect the public’s safety.
The necessary work will be carried out by our appointed contractor on 9th June 2026.
We appreciate your understanding and patience while this essential safety work is undertaken.
