  Wistow Parish Council is applying for grant funding to replace the multi-play equipment at the playing field and we would like to hear the views of local residents, parents, carers, and children.

  Wistow Parish Council is pleased to announce that they were successful in their application for funding for new trees/hedgerow which will be planted in the playing field to help our mission of increasing bio-diversity.

  Graveyard Safety Test Scheduled for 13 January 2026

  Wistow Parish Council wishes to notify the community as soon as possible that a comprehensive Graveyard Safety Test will be conducted on 13 January as part of ongoing efforts to ensure public safety, and maintain the structural integrity of memorial areas.

  🌳 Have Your Say – New Play Park Equipment 🌳

  As previously stated, our current play house equipment has been deemed unsafe by a professional inspector and needs to be removed.  We’re exploring funding opportunities for new children’s play equipment in the park, but to be successful we need to show there is real demand.
