Each nomination must be supported by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be registered electors within the parish. If you need elector numbers, the Parish Clerk can provide these on request. - Completed nomination papers must be delivered by hand to:
Pathfinder House, Huntingdon.
The nomination period runs from Monday 30th March 2026 until 4.00pm on Thursday 9th April 2026. This deadline is set in law and cannot be extended (and forms will not be accepted on Good Friday or Easter Monday). - We strongly encourage prospective candidates to submit their nomination papers as early as possible to reduce the risk of errors. The HDC Elections Team is available to conduct informal checks of completed nomination forms prior to submission.
