Social Media & Communications Policy
Wistow Parish Council recognises the importance of clear, accessible and timely communication with residents and the wider community. The Council uses a range of communication methods to share information about its work, decisions, services, events and local initiatives.
The Social Media and Communications Policy sets out how the Council communicates with the public and how its social media channels and other communication platforms should be used responsibly and appropriately.
The Council may use its website, social media channels, newsletters and other appropriate methods to provide updates, promote community activities, share consultations and encourage residents to participate in parish life.
